THIS IS SO YOU ARE GUARANTEED WE DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO THE SHIPPING CHARGES, YOU CAN CONTACT UPS DIRECT WHEN IN DOUBT @ 1-800-742-5877.
Customer pays all shipping charges based on the shipping method you choose. If your order is to be shipped out  of the United States you may be subject to custom's duty charges that are regulated by your country (Note: Mardi Gras Supplies has NO knowledge of what the duty charges will be/ might be). Unless otherwise specified, we use United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping and recommend you select UPS Ground for your delivery option (most economical). Rush Orders received by 8:00 AM Monday - Thursday will be shipped that same business day.
